Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 888-976-6233 or support@layrite.com. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase, along with the reason for your request. Returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to being sent back. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for added security.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. We’re happy to help you choose the right product.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Returns:
International returns may be subject to additional fees and customs duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Returns Due to Personal Preference:
We understand that scent and texture preferences can vary. Returns based solely on personal preference will be approved at our discretion and may be limited to one courtesy return per customer.
